By processing your payment through our online store, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of our returns policy; please read prior to purchasing and reach out if you have any questions.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or exchange of size.

A return will only be accepted in the unlikely event that your purchased item is assessed by Active Health Clinic and confirmed to be faulty or the item you received does not match the description on our online store you will be provided with a refund or replacement.

It is the consumers responsibility to check each item prior to wearing or washing for any faults. Garments that have been worn or washed may not be assessed to be faulty due to their used condition.

If you believe your purchased item to be faulty please send an email with the below details to 
1. Order number
2. Details of fault
3. Photos of faulty product
4. Please confirm if you would like a refund or replacement?

If your item appears to be faulty, you will be issued with a return label to post the item back for assessment.

All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your delivery to be assessed.

If you item is assessed and shown to be faulty, you will be notified via email and Active Health Clinic will proceed with a refund or replacement based on the detail provided in your return request email.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once they have been received.

Active Health Clinic reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item returned is not shown to be faulty.
